Embodied Yoga class brings the sacred teachings of Eastern Yoga to the mat in a physical expression. We enter the space through mindful awareness and incorporate breath work techniques and a moving meditation (asana) to tap into our five koshas. Asana pose variations and alternative sequencing are offered and encouraged to meet you exactly where you are during this all-levels class. We end with an extended and sweet savasana. The goal of this class is to drop into your center and feel into the full expression of yourself.
