This class is a blend between active and passive yoga practices. The first half of the class will include more active practices, including traditional yoga postures. The second half of the class will be grounding and restorative and will often include guided mediations and breathing practices. Ultimately the aim of the class is a blend of the more active energy of the sun and the passive and reflective energy of the moon. The goal is to leave the class feeling more grounded and spacious.
