This class is a unique blend of traditional Pilates and Yoga moves, which will strengthen and tone muscles through the entire body. Core-strengthening and coordinating breath with motion are the focus. It is mostly a slower-paced, meditative practice with a few quicker intervals interspersed that will get your heart going and your blood flowing. Dianne teaches to beginner and intermediate levels and welcomes newcomers regardless of fitness and experience level. Most attendees feel happily energized and strengthened by this class!
