Studio - Dillsburg Yoga

This class offers gentle, floor-based sequences using bolsters, blankets and props that support and encourage students to slow down, fully relax the muscles, find stillness in the mind, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity. Restorative yoga is appropriate for all levels, and has a focus on long holds, comfort, stillness and deep breathing.
