Mindful Resilience consists of five tools: Breath, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude. During this 75 minute yoga practice we will explore these 5 tools, giving each student time to turn their attention inward and practice developing strength, stability, and flexibility in the mind, body, and spirit.
