Join Mandy for this unique workshop, pulling upon pieces of what she knows from Yoga Therapy, Corrective Exercise, and 20 years of trainings on “all of the things”. #TrainingJunkie We might use myofascial release, mini bands for resistance strength training, tennis balls for throwing/catching or head cushions for posture improvement. Movements could include rolling, crawling (there are a lot of ways to crawl), stepping over/under/onto objects, balancing (possibly on elevated surfaces), getting up from the floor in a pile of different ways, push-ups, squats, walking over uneven surfaces…..you name it. Varied movement. Varied experiences. But all with the goal of doing daily life more easily.

This workshop will be limited to 6 participants. Masks are required regardless of vaccination status. There will likely be shared props. And we can’t guarantee that 6 feet of space will be between participants at all times, given the large range of movement we’ll do (though we'll try our best).
