Relax, renew, and restore your mind, body and spirit with a sequence of poses that focus on connecting movement to breath. This gentle, self-care practice focuses on slower transitions between postures to promote inner reflection, a restoration of balance between the mental and physical bodies, and self-compassion. This is an all-level class and beginners are welcome; various modifications are offered.
