Re-energize and recharge your mind, body and spirit with a sequence of poses connecting movement to breath. This self-care practice follows the familiar style of Slow Flow and incorporates flowing transitions between postures and posture holds for balance, flexibility and strength. Class is designed to support inner reflection, mind and body connection, and self-compassion. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required, and modifications for Every Body will be offered.
