A fun, fast paced power vinyasa designed to energize and inspire.  Students will flow through practice to uplifting music while challenging their limits of dynamic, static and cardiovascular strength. Featuring a different intention and focus every 4-6 weeks this class will increase the mind/body connection leaving students feeling empowered. If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you.
