Relax, renew, and restore your mind, body and spirit with a specially designed sequence of poses that focus on centering in your own body. This class offers an hour-long practice to cultivate mindfulness and non-judgmental awareness of body alignment, sensations, and energy flow. Fast-paced movement (through asanas) and rest (through guided meditation in savasana) are both incorporated to encourage centering in the physical body to quiet the mind.  This class is physically challenging enough to get a little sweaty, but not as demanding as a power yoga or vinyasa flow class.  Each week the class focus will center on various yogic themes as we connect our practice on our mats to our lives off the mat.
