In this invigorating class, you will be led through a combination of sun salutations and hatha yoga postures, with an emphasis on functional anatomy and good alignment. In addition to physical postures that build balance, strength, and flexibility, this class integrates pranayama breathwork and meditation to instill a sense of calm and relaxation. The savasana pose at the end of practice provides an opportunity to integrate these mind-body benefits. This class is geared towards those familiar with yoga or regular practitioners, and will include modifications to poses so that you may practice at your own comfort level.
