Mindful Resilience consists of five tools: Breath, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude. During this 60 minute yoga practice we will explore these 5 tools, giving each student time to turn their attention inward and practice developing strength, stability, and flexibility in the mind, body, and spirit. This class is open to all veterans and family members free of charge. Class passes and drop in rates apply for all other members.
