Vin Yin Yoga

This class is a fusion of vinyasa flows and longer holds of yin yoga. The vinyasa portion will connect breath with movement through asanas, while the yin portion of class will give you a deep stretch to target deep connective tissue.  A great combination to fuel your body, mind, and soul. This class is suitable for all levels of experience, with modifications provided.
