We are hosting a 21 Day Meditation and Mindfulness Challenge from December 1-21. During this time, we'll have a variety of FREE in studio events (each about 30-60 minutes long). And will be using the Wellness in Motion group on the Insight Timer App to create a sense of community for those meditating at home.
