Meditation in Asana
with Briel

In this meditative asana class active yoga poses will be held for 2-5 minutes each with the intention of finding stillness. By finding stillness and firmness in our yoga postures the mind may become steady and make meditation/focus/concentration more achievable. This workshop will be taught by Briel. Regular class cards and drop-ins are accepted.
