Qigong is a Chinese system of physical exercises and breathing control similar to Yoga and Tai Chi. In this class, students will experience the benefits of blending all of these practices together.  Through gentle movement, self applied massage, breathing practices, deep relaxation and meditation, participants can improve their overall balance, flexibility, and well being.
