Adult Ballet Barre and Stretch

This adult ballet class will focus on balance, flexibility, coordination and strength. All are welcome whether you are brand new to ballet technique or you are familiar with the technique and this dynamic class is certain to spark your love for movement and dance. Class will consist of stretching, barre and a little bit of center work. If you do not have ballet shoes, socks may be worn.
