In this class, you will experience slow and mindful movements nurturing kindness and compassion for the body. More introspective in nature, the majority of this class will be floor-based, seated or reclined using blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters to prevent unnecessary strain. Taking time to feel your body move, the class is designed to be an accessible environment for students of all ages and abilities by respecting the varied nature of each and every body. Come ready to stretch your body, quiet your mind and relax your spirit.

Pre-registration is required for this class. Class will be limited to 10 students max.
