All-levels Hatha style class combining slow flow and longer-held poses. Class will vary, and may
include standing, seated, balancing, twisting, and reclined postures, gentle backbends,
supported inversions, pranayama, and meditation. Drop in, open up, strengthen, and stabilize,
as thought and tension pattern reveal themselves. Get to know the asanas - and yourself - from
the inside out. This practice is grounded in the alignment refinement and the classic teachings
of the Patanjali Yoga Sutra.
