This dynamic, high-energy class is designed to maximize your fitness by enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance. Perfect for those with a busy Monday schedule, this 50-minute fusion class offers a powerful workout AND restorative stretches along with mindful breathing to help your body recover and relax.  You can expect 40 minutes of moving poses including a mix of sun salutations, standing poses, and balancing postures, all crafted to build strength and endurance.  Each class will include core-strengthening exercises to enhance stability and overall fitness. We’ll reserve the last 10 mins of class for savasana with guided meditations and breathwork curated to increase mental clarity and reduce stress. 

Level: Options will be offered for students, although this class caters to those who are physically able and looking to challenge themselves with a mix of energetic movement and mindful awareness. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, join Jill for a revitalizing 50 minutes that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and ready to take on the rest of the week!
