Restorative yoga is an all-level class that incorporates meditation, deep breathing, and longer holds in poses using props to practice relaxation in our minds, bodies, and spirit.  Join Jill in the studio or on line for this 60 minute gentle practice to generate a sense of inner peace and calm. If you are practicing at home and don't have a lot of props,  grab a few pillows from your bed or couch.
