Hatha simply means 'the practise of physical yoga postures' (asanas). The use of sun and moon salutations allow for your body and mind to feel balanced and ready to face the world with a newly refreshed outlook. These classes focus on using the breath as a tool to help relax, each asana is held to allow the body to release deep tension. Hatha practises can be used to align and calm the body and mind after a long week at work!
