Yoga with Candice is an hour of fun, themed classes that take students on a journey through story telling, creative games, meditation, and of course, yoga poses! As a result of these practices, students walk away with improved strength, flexibility, coordination and balance as well as an increase in self-esteem and body image. Students will develop respect and kindness for others and learn how to calm and soothe their own minds for better focus and concentration. 

Kids yoga practice helps kids develop their consciousness and create a more positive and peaceful environment, while also developing body awareness and physical strength.
