*Gentle Flow Yoga (Mixed Group)

Only the gentle are ever really strong. The intention of the class is to find energy, strength, flexibility and deep sense of relaxation while staying kind and gentle to oneself. The class begins with Centering the body and mind with relaxation and breath. Followed by Pranayama ( Breathing exercises) to calm the mind and develop focus, Sun Salutation which gives a complete body warm up, Asanas which gently stretch and strengthen each part of the body and ending with a Deep complete body and mind Guided relaxation.
