Yoga Alignment concentrates on proper posture alignment and breathing. Develops awareness of body in asanas. Asanas are practiced with yoga props like blocks, stripes and bolsters. It deepens the knowledge of your body possibilities, strengths and weaknesses and helps with asana practice in other yoga classes such as Ashtanga or Hatha Yoga or in your home practice and helps to prevent injuries. Suitable for all levels.
