My three self-care loves in a two-hour relaxing, therapeutic workshop. Take time to rejuvenate your mind & body. Enjoy a relaxing MELT Method experience that reduces stress and tension in the body, a guided meditation to calm and center your mind and soothing massage techniques. Aromatherapy will be used to aid in relaxation.

**Prereq. is the MELT Intro. class
