Melted Yoga Workshop

This class will combine therapeutic yoga with the MELT Method for a night of healing and relaxation.  We will do some MELT hand and foot treatments, and we will do some opening on the MELT roller, with a few therapeutic yoga poses.

Doing these two practices together will help hydrate the fascia, relieve stuck stress, aid in better sleep, help you age gracefully and relax the nervous system.

**Prereq. is the MELT Intro class.
