This gentle practice is a great way to learn more about your body and your yoga. 
This practice is an excellent extension for new yogis who need an extra class a week  to build strength and stamina but is also great for the more experienced yogi looking to fine tune their practice by slowing down and paying attention to breath and mind connection.
