Chair Yoga: If you are able to or it is difficult to get on the floor, or maybe your balance is not as stable as you would like, this class is for you. We use chairs to help you feel safe and supported. We love making yoga accessible to all. 

To book a spot in this class you must sign-in. If you do not have an active pass you will be prompted to purchase one first before making a class reservation.
