Chair Yoga: If you are able to or it is difficult to get on the floor, or maybe your balance is not as stable as you would like, this class is for you. We use chairs to help you feel safe and supported. We love making yoga accessible to all. Chairs are provided for the class and all props that are needed. Please pre-register so we can make sure we can provide for each student.
