Revive and Restore begins with 45 minutes of an energizing Vinyasa Flow. Utilizing our core and small muscle movement to build strength and tone our bodies. We then slow down the class to explore some of our more restorative yoga postures for the last 15 minutes. It is appropriate for all levels and yoga practitioners.
