Online Restorative Healing

Restorative yoga incorporates aspects from various yogic styles and philosophies to provide deep rest and relaxation for the mind, body and spirit. Class may include restorative poses, long luscious holds, gentle asana, breathwork, meditation and nidra. An extremely gentle class to clear your mind and relax your body, and is appropriate for all levels offering the perfect balance to a more active practice. This class will help to heal your body, mind, and spirit.
Rules for Online Classes:
Please make sure that you register for the class 2 hours before the class begins, that way our teachers can be prepared in their home space.
Feel free to login up to 15 minutes early to enjoy time to chat with all your friends and members of our community.
Please be respectful of each other and make sure you are muted if there are things going on in the background of your personal space.
All of our online classes are on a sliding scale from $5 and up. Please notify us if you need assistance to take classes as we want to make yoga available to all in this trying time.
