October 30 (Friday) at 8:30 am (GMT-04:00)
This class consists of a sequence of postures taken from the primary series flow developed by K. Pattabhi Jois. It began in the early 1900s with the belief that it was the original asana practice as intended by Patanjali, involving all eight limbs of yoga.
The intention is for students to learn a set sequence of postures so they can focus on the breath during each movement. It is a meditative practice that offers an opportunity for students to gain both the spiritual and physiological benefits of yoga.
