Restorative Yoga with Thai Bodywork
Explore new levels of relaxation as we layer Thai Bodywork techniques onto deeply calming Restorative Yoga poses. Indulge in this two-hour class that includes fully supported healing yoga postures enhanced with passive stretches, the gentle pressure and movement of Thai Yoga Bodywork.
Restorative Yoga postures are created to gently open your body in restful postures with the use of supportive props. It allows you to recover and rejuvenate from the daily stresses of life by releasing tense muscles, relieving joint aches, and calming your mind.
Then go deeper into relaxation by releasing even further through the deeply penetrating power of Thai Bodywork. During the class you will receive personal attention with assisted stretching to help you experience even fuller states of peace and tranquility. Thai Bodywork will help bring balance to your body and release whatever energy blockages you may still be holding.
This combination allows for total relaxation bringing balance to the nervous system. By surrendering to stillness, the mind and body will be able to find a deeper breath creating true relaxation while opening the practitioner to experience benefits on a physical, mental and energetic level.
Arrive 15 minutes before class begins, prepared to experience hands-on nourishing adjustments. Leave feeling nurtured and renewed.
You will need to wear comfortable clothing.
