The original hot yoga sequence- consisting of 26 specific Hatha postures and 2 breathing exercises! We practice in a room heated to 105 degrees with humidity to systematically work the entire body, improve strength, flexibility and balance.
In this class, an in-person instructor plays an audio recording of the dialogue and practices with the class. Familiarity with the 26 & 2 series is recommended.
