Welcome to the wonderful world of Casino! If you are new to salsa, this is an easy and expressive form of salsa that is great for everyone! Danced on1, which feels familiar to the American musical ear, this style has a circular form which lends itself well to crowded dance floors. Originally from Cuba, this style of salsa is less technically demanding with spins so you can express more of yourself in the music. Less difficulty = more swag! It's a great compliment for people who have lots of technique who'd like to be more expressive! No special shoes or surfaces required. Just some enthusiasm and a connection to the music.
