Salsa on2 Level 1

Welcome to the beautiful world of on2!  This style of salsa is richly music and has a beautiful flow.

This class sets the foundation for shines and partnerwork in this dynamic form of salsa hailing from New York.  In the first half of class, students will work on "shines" or solo movement to deepen their understanding of the timing/music and to develop body control.  In the second half, students will learn the fundamentals of partnerwork, a system of communication that allows students to communicate with anyone on the social dance floor.  

This is a great class for those just starting their salsa journey or for those in need of a refresher.
