Lynn will use the latest information about how the brain learns, organizes and changes to help you create more comfort and pleasure in your movement and in your life. This is a brain training and nervous system calming practice using movement.

The movement sequences used feed information to your brain so it can let go of limiting pattern/habits. 

The methods used are Feldenkrais®, Somatic Experiencing® and Somatic Practice® combining mindfulness with body mechanics and brain neuroplasticity.
