Class length
90 minutes
Location

We'll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle into the present moment, connect with your breath, and set an intention for the practice ahead.
Next, we'll move through an all-levels grounding yoga flow focused on mindful movement, breath, and presence. This practice is designed to help release tension, recenter your body and mind, and create space for what matters most. Through intentional movement and breathwork, you'll be invited to let go of what no longer serves you, whether that be stress, old habits, or stagnant energy and welcome fresh energy, new possibilities, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Following our flow, we'll take time for guided reflection through journaling prompts designed to encourage self-inquiry and clarity. This reflective practice offers an opportunity to explore what you're ready to release, what you'd like to call into your life, and the intentions you wish to carry forward.
We'll close our time together with a calming meditation, allowing you to integrate your practice, settle into a sense of peace, and leave feeling grounded, centered, and refreshed.
Afterward, we'll gather for a warm cup of tea, creating space for connection, conversation, and community before heading back into the rest of our day.
Whether you're seeking balance, renewal, or simply a moment to slow down, Flow & Reflect is an invitation to pause, reflect, release, and move forward with intention.
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and ease into your practice.
