Asana Mood welcomes thoughtful movement and conscious breath, our classes are designed to center both body and mind helping you reset, restore, and realign. Whether you’re deepening your practice or just beginning, this pass offers you the freedom to explore all Asana Mood has to offer.

Asana Mood Yoga Studio is a true labor of love, run as a one woman offering, held and nurtured by its owner, Rachel, whose intention is to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all. Keeping the studio donation-based is deeply important, it allows people from all walks of life to experience yoga, regardless of financial circumstances, and helps foster a sense of genuine community over transaction.

Every donation directly supports the heart and continuity of this space for the community, helping maintain the studio’s peaceful environment and its deep devotion to the practice of yoga. Any and all support is truly appreciated, and also helps bring new life into the studio through future props and meaningful community events.
