Kathleen Elsmore has practiced Pilates for over 20 years and was inspired to pursue certification after experiencing firsthand the impact Pilates had on her own strength, balance, and overall well-being. She completed her training through Peak Pilates and teaches classes rooted in classical Pilates principles. Her classes emphasize precision, rhythm-based cueing, and full-body strength, often incorporating props such as the magic circle to deepen engagement. Kathleen is passionate about helping clients move with greater strength, confidence, and connection to their bodies.
