Molly is a PEAK Pilates certified instructor who discovered Pilates as a pathway back to strength, function, and confidence after an injury. What began as a tool for recovery quickly grew into a lifelong passion!
Molly is completing her Classical Comprehensive training through PEAK Pilates under the guidance of Master Instructor, Charlotte Rosen.
In the studio, Molly’s teaching style is grounded in the belief that Pilates is truly for everyone. Her goal is simple: to help clients feel empowered, connected, and proud of what their body can do!
