Jen has a passion for promoting health and wellness through movement. With 9+ years in the fitness industry she is dedicated to teaching clients to understand the Pilates method and its benefits as well as helping clients achieve their goals through tailored Pilates sessions for all levels. Her philosophy is that Pilates if for everyBODY and her teaching style focuses on the fundamental principles of Pilates ensuring a challenging yet mindful workout. Bonus-she's super fun!
Jen completed her Peak Pilates teacher certification at Pilates and More (a fantastic classical studio!) where she gained valuable knowledge of the mind/body connection under the supervision of an amazing master instructor. She also holds certifications in barre, mat Pilates, TRX, spin, strength and conditioning and personal training. Outside of the studio Jen is a licensed Esthetician and also enjoys traveling, live music and watching her daughter play ice hockey.
