New to Pilates? This foundational class is the perfect place to begin! Our Intro to Pilates session is a required class for first-time clients and is designed to safely and confidently introduce you to the Pilates method.

During class, your instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of Pilates movement, proper form, breathwork, and alignment while introducing the flow and purpose of each exercise. You’ll learn how to use all Pilates apparatus and equipment, including how to adjust settings and move between exercises with ease. This class sets the groundwork for success in future Pilates classes, helping you feel comfortable, supported, and ready to progress.
