"Mat/Tower Remix" includes Pilates exercises done on the vertical tower. This system facilitates low impact movements and is suitable for all levels. Class will incorporate exercises performed seated, lying, kneeling and standing to enhance core strength, muscular endurance, spinal mobility and flexibility. A few props and mat exercises will be sprinkled in for that fun factor! (All Levels)
