"Barre Flow" combines elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates. This class consists of using smaller muscles with a ballet barre for support. Key components of the class consist of a warm up, barre exercises using light weights, resistance bands, barre ball, yoga block, and power circle in flowing sequences, ending with a cool down to promote recovery. Suitable for all levels that emphasizes body awareness and control.
