Beginner- Advanced

This 50-minute Mat Pilates Sculpt class is a strength-focused, full-body workout designed to tone, lengthen, and sculpt lean muscle. Using controlled, low-impact movements and continuous flow, this class emphasizes core stability, glute and leg strength, upper-body definition, and overall alignment. Expect intentional sequencing, mindful repetition, and breath-led movement that builds heat from within—without high impact. You’ll leave feeling strong, energized, and sculpted with improved posture and body awareness.
