Childcare / Babysitting Waiver & Acknowledgment

Customers understand that Golden Aura Pilates may offer on-site childcare/babysitting during select class times. I acknowledge that this service is provided for convenience only and is not a licensed childcare facility.

Customers voluntarily assume all responsibility and risk related to my child’s participation in on-site childcare/babysitting services. I agree that Golden Aura Pilates, its owners, instructors, staff, contractors, and childcare providers shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damages that may occur to my child while participating in childcare services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Customers confirm that my child is in good health and does not have any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns that would prevent safe participation unless disclosed in writing prior to service. I understand that I am responsible for providing any necessary information, emergency contact details, and instructions related to my child’s care.

Customers understand that childcare is only available during designated class times, requires a valid class pass or drop-in purchase, and may be subject to availability, capacity limits, and age restrictions. I agree to pick up my child promptly at the conclusion of my class.

By purchasing this pass customers acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Childcare/Babysitting Waiver.
