Beginner class which explores the 3 basic principles of Foundation Training - Anchoring, Decompression, and Integration while taking into consideration modifications for pain relief.  Great for people with Back, Neck, Hip, and Chronic pain.   Proper form and mechanics will be reviewed with every exercise to achieve maximum benefit from the class as well as how to integrate at home for daily activities.
