Pole Fitness.  
This class will consist of strength holds on the pole.  Focusing on your core and upper body strength.  There will be modified versions that everyone will be able to do.  You will be partnered up to allow for the rest in between trying to do certain moves on the pole in order to keep yourself from getting over exerted so you don't slip off the pole.  Bring your smile and laughter.  Things can get a little goofy.  But we all laugh together. 
You must give a 24 hour notice to cancel.  We typically have a waiting list every class, so please be kind and allow someone else to attend if you can not.
